How to Measure Your Foot for the Correct Sole Size
- Prepare your materials
- A tape measure or yardstick
- A flat, hard floor surface
- (Optional but recommended) Another person to help read the measurement
- Position your foot
- Place the tape measure flat on the floor.
- Stand with your largest foot on top of it.
- Make sure your weight is evenly distributed and your foot is relaxed (not curled or lifted).
- Measure your foot length
- Identify:
- The back of your heel
- The longest toe (this may be your first or second toe)
- Measure the distance between these two points.
- For best accuracy, have someone else read the measurement while you stand normally.
- Reference the diagram
- Measure from the very end of your heel, as shown in the image below.
Why measure this way?
Shoe sizes can vary between brands. Measuring your foot directly ensures a more accurate fit for our sneaker soles.
After Your Sole Arrives
- Place your bare or socked foot into the sole.
- Stand naturally—do not push your heel forcefully into the back.
- You should see about ½" to ¾" of space in front of your toes.
This extra room is intentional. Once the sneaker upper is attached, your foot will fit comfortably without your toes rubbing against the front—helping prevent wear and tear.
